It's Game Time! Houston Host Committee Newsletter

A MESSAGE FROM CHRIS MASSEY,
HOUSTON 2024 HOST COMMITTEE PRESIDENT

The countdown is finally over! Throughout the past year, the 2024 Houston Host Committee and the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority have worked diligently to plan and prepare for the College Football Playoff National Championship weekend. With the championship game only five days away, we look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the country and showcasing everything our city has to offer.

Over the next several days, downtown Houston will transform into the 2024 Championship Campus. With activities for everyone, I encourage you to come out and experience everything the weekend offers.

Although the national championship game will come and go, we are proud of the impact that will live on in our community for years to come. Our Houston Loves Teachers campaign is creating a lasting legacy through the Game Ball recognitions, Teacher Appreciation Events, the Houston Loves Teachers Mural Program, and the Buy Houston: By Houston Supplier Diversity Program.

Don’t miss out on this chance to have a great time AND support Houston teachers by joining us at the events during CFP National Championship Weekend. We look forward to seeing you and celebrating with you as we kick off the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship.
