ABOUT HOUSTON LOVES TEACHERS
Houston Loves Teachers is a citywide campaign launched by the Houston 2024 Host Committee, the College Football Playoff Foundation, Harris County - Houston Sports Authority, and Good Reason Houston to support educators, both present and future in advance of the College Football Playoff National Championship in January.
Our goal is to recruit the best teacher talent to Houston and help current teachers thrive in Houston by providing opportunities for professional growth and recognition for the positive impact that they have on our students and families. The vision for this campaign extends far beyond the championship game's final whistle. However, that vision can only be fulfilled through the support of new and existing community partners.
Community Impact
Houston Loves Teachers has formed impactful collaborations with prominent sports teams like the Astros, Dynamo, Rockets, and others to create meaningful outings for teachers. Whether it's special recognition at games or exclusive events, these collaborations highlight the importance of educators and foster a supportive environment for learning and growth in Greater Houston.
